I had an extremely disappointing experience interviewing with Intertek. The recruitment process was unprofessional, with no feedback provided at any stage. Even after reaching the final round, I was dropped without any explanation or communication. The recruiter and hiring manager seemed disengaged and unresponsive, which felt disrespectful. There was a strong sense that they were more interested in hiring Swedish candidates than considering a diverse pool. Overall, it was a frustrating and discouraging experience, and I would not recommend engaging with this company for job opportunities.
