Resume Shortlisting process is hard they want pure projects based on mechanical the next round will be online assessment where basically aptitude,logical, etc and technical skill are evaluated after this face to face interview will be done. the salary is around 5lpa.

Colloquio
There was one virtual interview followed up by an in person interview where you were shown around the site and what you would be working on. Both interviews were about an hour in total length.
