Two of the employees sat down and talked to me about previous classroom experience I had with PR and marketing. The process was very relaxed and the employees were friendly.
I emailed an account executive about an email that was sent to my academic adviser. In that email I included writing samples and my resume. I received an email regarding an interview within the same day. The interview was extremely informal and relaxed.
