I had a phone interview first. Then a site interview with prospective boss. Lastly, a round of interviews with different people in the company. There are some intelligent people that I really liked, and a couple other people that seemed to asked seemingly basic questions requiring overly specific answers. Interviewing was positive, but the whole experience was neutral because my offer was 10% lower than I asked for based on my experience, and they did not budge a single dollar.

Met with HR, she had me wait half an hour. She said I had the wrong time. (She sent the email, I had a copy, she was half hour late). Then met with supervisor, and would of been on coworker. Disappointed that HR wasted my time.
