My interview experience with this company was the most unprofessional I have encountered in my career. The process was characterized by poor communication and a fundamental lack of respect for my time and effort. Initial Scheduling: The recruiter scheduled my interview outside of my stated availability. While I was flexible and rearranged my schedule, it was the first sign of poor coordination. Lack of Preparation Details: I received crucial information about the onsite interview format only three days beforehand, providing insufficient time to prepare adequately. Complete Communication Breakdown: Following the final onsite interview, there was complete silence. A polite follow-up email I sent after a week was ignored. Insulting and Incorrect Rejection: The final decision was delivered via a generic, automated "no-reply" email on a SATURDAY. Not only was the weekend timing disrespectful, but the email was factually incorrect, stating the company was not moving forward to the "interview stage" after I had already completed the final onsite interview. This entire experience was disorganized and raises serious questions about the company's internal processes and culture. I cannot recommend it to other candidates.

1 hour interview process with two engineers from the team. Discussed past projects, internships and work experience. The interviewers were friendly and easy going. Also, asked C++ questions in depth.
