I was referred to a role at Intuit by someone, and about three weeks later, a recruiter reached out. We had a good conversation,she went over my experience, explained the next steps, and mentioned she would schedule time with the next interviewer (she even shared his name). She said she needed to check his calendar and would get back to me with the available slots. She also asked about my availability, and I told her I’d be happy to adjust once I saw their schedule. The call was on a Wednesday, and she mentioned she’d follow up by Friday. It’s been a while now, and I haven’t heard back. I even followed up, but there’s been no response.Sometimes I really wish there was a bit more decency in the process,even a simple yes or no would be so much better than being ghosted.
