Similar to others, got ghosted after the hiring manager interview. I followed up with via email but never got a response. Also provided my feedback about how disrespectful it is to leave the candidate hanging with no updates or feedbacks. It seems they’re trying to copy Amazon culture as a lot of tech companies out there. Not a lot of authenticity in terms of culture. I wonder how they treat they own employees if they don’t respect candidates and our times.
