Non technical questions on walking a customer through an issue. They also had a scenario where you would look at a picture and describe to the interviewer how you would put it together. They focus in customer service but training is tax and systems heavy.

Completed 2 interviews. The first one was pretty quick and basic. The second one just basically asked the same questions. The third one was really just a job offer.
