I was contacted by a recruiter from the company (he found me on LinkedIn). I had two phone screens with recruiting, one phone interview with the hiring manager and then they flew me onsite where I had 8 face to face interviews. Good set of people - very smart and accomplished. Very business savvy, practical, humble.

Agrressive recruiters that do an outstanding job to get you in. What they tell you and promise you on the outside is very different from what you will experience once you start. Interview process is pretty straight forward.
