Application I applied through the Grace Hopper Conference. Interview I first got a coding challenge through HackerRank, which I had a week to complete. The challenge consisted of multiple questions, dealing with hash maps. After completing the challenge they asked me to conduct a technical video interview, where I explained my reasoning for each question from the coding challenge, and then was asked to complete an extension to each of the problems, which was pretty easy, as well as another problem that was more difficult. Lastly, I was asked to do a 30-minute behavioral interview for culture fit--they send you their values ahead of time so you know what they're asking for, so as long as you prepare its easy.
