Unprofessional and rude, rude, rude recruiter! Interview was set up quickly and when over the recruiter and I traded calls for a couple of days until she stopped calling. The sudden silence was loud and clear, but if a recruiter is trying to track someone down for days, then I think that recruiter owes a candidate the respect of a final call explaining that the employer has changed its mind.
