Worst interview process, ZERO professionalism no etiquette. After 1st round of code assessment scored 90% marks, these guys had me waiting for 3 months. After 3 months I applied again and this time they got back to me, one HR said maybe some issue with consultant and one HR sad cut off might have been 96% or 100%. Shame on these unprofessional people for wasting time. I asked the HR to wrap up interview as I may expect offer and immediate joining with another company. This unprofessional HR said join that firm, when I told I didnt get my preferred language to work on and ctc is not that great, this rowdy HR said I have a meeting and hung up.
WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS. THEY DO NOT VALUE CANDIDATE'S TIME. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM!!

I applied through referral, the first round was a screening call where I was given a coding question, and then I also had an AI round where a basic prompt was given and I was asked to improve it.

The hiring manager would first conduct an exam, of which 5 questions on basic Java, OOps and other concepts. Then there is a Craft round. They have asked me to build an application keeping in mind all the software development principles, after this there is one round on the same project. They would ask questions on optimization and change the code there. After I got selected in this round, there was a DSA round, although the question was easy and on DP, I wasn't able to crack it.

Craft Round - Design a backend application with all the parameters, APIs, test cases, optimized logic, DB connections, queries, caching, logging etc
1st Round - Questions on craft round , a small presentation on DB design, LLD. Code improvements, we should be very thorough of our choices of DB and every line of code.
2nd Round - Again changes in Craft demo only, Implementing the changes in API response, like custom api responses and then a question on Dynamic programming

Total 2 rounds of technical interview. 1 Round- 60 mins 2 rounds- appr 2.5 hrs with multiple team members and hiring. Also, the demonstration of UI craft assessment. 2 round is a bit tedious where you will have multiple one-one and two-one rounds
