Was invited to talk to the hiring manager about a recruiting role. It was one of the oddest interviews I have had. The hiring manager started off by wanting to learn more about me and see how we connect. The hiring manger began to run through their personal life and all things their partner and the like to do outside of work. They then asked me to share what I like to do outside of work. I was not comfortable sharing too much, but what I did was not the same as the hiring manager. At that point the interview changed and the hiring managers eye contact and attention span fell off. They no longer were very engaged and looked to be busier petting their dog who was on camera more than the interviewing. Not a good experience.
