Intuit bases all interview question on the "s.t.a.r.s" approach. Answer every question with a situation, the task, what you attempted to do or the action, what were the results of those actions. Do that for every question and you are fine. Most questions are sophmoric. They barely follow-up. They read a guide and most likely you will get the same variation of the question over and over

Initial phone interview, followed by next stage which is a half day session broken up into smaller interviews, with multiple stakeholders. Includes a presentation part (about yourself, your achievements and then a case study to demonstrate your craft). Quite a good interview process, and a positive experience (outcome given quite quickly after the interview).

First I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then it was followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. These were exploratory interviews and I don't think there was an actual open position.
