It was pretty straightforward, I did have to make a powerpoint, telling about my experience and life. It was only one interview, however it is contingent so you have to work your way up in the company . Not a guarantee they will hire you permanently.
Interview process was pretty straight forward. HR Screen into major interview into panel role play. Overall I heard back fairly quick on all interview rounds and was provided some feedback when asked.
Interviewed with the Recruiter and was told I would hear back in a few days about next steps. I didn't hear back, so followed up multiple times with the week and was completely ghosted.

Very thorough but good experience, would recommend studying on company culture. It’s a three hour assessment, which combines one roleplay and three back to back interviews. First stage is a meeting with HM, they take candidates as they see them which is a great process
