Recruiter phone screening went well. Was told that he'll pass the resume on to the hiring manager for next round interview. Recruiter has gone MIA and not responding to emails for the last 3 weeks.

It was terrible. I use to work for Mailchimp in a different department. I interviewed Billing because I really enjoyed Mailchimp as a company. The billing supervisor who interviewed me couldn't be bothered. He acted bored, no personality and was just all around a downer. He asked me what did I do that was special when I worked in my previous team at Mailchimp. What do you mean? I answered chats and email for customers! That was special enough! He couldn't even be bothered to contact me to let me know they've moved forward with someone else. I had to reach out to the recruiter myself. I wouldn't have enjoyed working for him so I'm glad I didn't get the job.
