There was one phone call made to me after scheduling it via email. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but turned into an 1.5 hours. I was questioned on what I know about my specific role, and everything on my resume. In one week I got a call from HR saying I was hired.

I applied online and attended different interviews. I feel like it has been a waste of my time by now. I keep getting called for roles and then I get no follow up. Just another screening. By the time I got the offer I declined, they wasted my time. For the amount of money I was offered, Knowing by my colleagues that I’ll be overworked, no thanks.
