The interview process started with an in person meeting with the hiring manager. The next step was a phone interview with another manager, then a full-day field ride (which also functioned as an interview). The final interview was in person with the hiring manager and area sales director. I felt really excited about this job up until the last interview when the area director told me that she misses out on all of her kid's life events, but doesn't care because she cares more about the company mission. And then proceeded to tell me that I would "be under a microscope" with colleagues and management knowing where I was and what I was doing at all times. I appreciate transparency and collaboration, but this just sounds like straight up micromanagement. Do not interview for this position unless you are ready to give up your life and devote it to this role.

Lengthy and confusing. Field based interview was unclear about the purpose. Otherwise standard questions throughout online interview. Many stages. Would not recommend unless fully committed. Plenty of 1 hours online stages
