      Colloquio

This company has a dumpster fire hiring process, which close to borderline frustrating for applicants. Most of their HR department is outsourced to Canada or something presumably to cut cost and thus the hiring managers of this company do all the hiring from first reach outs to even as scheduling interviews. I interviewed with this company 2 times in February and May. Both were complete disasters from an applicant standpoint 1) In February for a ME role : 5 1:1 interviews. I was scheduled to meet with the HM and the R&D Engineer as a panel interview. However the HM didnt even have the basic courtesy to show up on the interview call, i had a nice talk with the R&D Engineer but were both left awkwardly looking at the end, where he even tried to ping this guy offline; but couldnt succeed in him joining. I received a reject 1 hour after that call, lol 2) In May for a Supplier Engineer role : Role was for procurement of CNC parts, I had a nice phone screen with the HM , i properly communicated my background is not in CNC , thats what my resume said as well. He said its fine and scheduled panel interviews anyway, and as soon as they started, all of the crossfuntional team started bombarding me with CNC related questions, like wth.. a quick glance at my resume would tell you i dont have interest or expertise in it, so why would you even select me for panel interviews and waste time? Its so frustrating as a candidate. Anyway i tried answering and have a conversation with them but I got ghosted after that and never heard back Couple of other times, I have also had their Hiring Managers email and send me messages on LinkedIn for the roles in their team they think i would be a good match, and as soon as a replied, I got ghosted lol. I mean why would you even reachout if you have no intention of following up. Try to stay away from this disaster. From the outside, this company looks incredibly disorganized and will waste a lot of your time
