This interview process should be the standard for all companies. Starting with my initial conversation with the recruiter and throughout interviews and finally to the offer the Talent team kept me updated. My questions were always answered promptly and my time respected. Each team member I interviewed with was personable and engaging. I was asked some of the usual interview questions but also there was a genuine interest in my experience relative to the position which really helped me determine if the right role for me.
