I applied online on a Friday, then connected with the hiring manager over the weekend. I received an HR phone screen on the following Tuesday and interviewed with the Hiring manager on that Thursday.

The manager asked about my past experience, including my undergrad and grad school coursework. Then I presented my thesis work with PPT to him, We chatted through and the manager asked several questions about the technical details during the process.
