Very detailed/thorough interview process. Consisted of several phone interviews, several rounds of one on one interviews, a panel interview, and concluded with a skills test. They are very focused on not only finding the right skills (they make you prove it), but also the right personality fit for each office.

Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
