First round HR in, then proceed to the second round (HR + manager) and third-round interview meeting with CAO. Overall, the interview process is good and HR is very helpful during the whole process.

Focus on showcasing your strategic design thinking and business alignment.
Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
