overall it is good, the climate is peaceful with a lot of interaction, but I does not get an offer because they think my past experience does not match with their requirments

The process wasn't too bad, but still lengthy. This was back in 2022, so there were 10 virtual (all video) and 3 in person, plus the initial phone screen with HR.
