Very quick process, applied online through the website. 3 Stages. All online. All very technical based. Overall difficult and long interviews, over an hour each time. Heavy focus on technical knowledge and catch questions

Manager Interview:
Focus on showcasing your strategic design thinking and business alignment.
Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
