Interviewed by Sales director who flew in over the day. The process was pretty smooth, nice guy, but not too over the top professional. Then I interviewed with a few more people and I was hired. I have been to other interviews as well with other wire house firms and they were crazy complicated, not hard just too complicated so this was a good fit for me.
