This was my first job in Canada and it was a great thing that they considered skills rather than canadian experience. First round was with HR where she assesses my professional and cultural fit with questions based on STAR technique. Next round is with lead of the team which was very comfortable and open ended discussions. Then given a coding round to assess my coding knowledge and GitHub flows
