Initial interview was over the phone with a recruiter. 2nd interview via FaceTime with the regional manager. 3rd interview shadowing employees at the center. After shadowing the center I maintained contact with the recruiter incase she had any updates for me. One interview each week. I went through this process a total of 6 weeks. Finally the recruiter called me to let me know I didn’t get the job. The reason I was given was because the girls working there didn’t think I would fit in. I can definitely accept not being chosen and now feel it is a blessing. Extremely careless and rude to lead a candidate on the the 3rd interview without any follow up afterwards regardless of the outcome. Many sleepless nights wondering what was going to happen next. Definitely a blessing it didn’t work out. Extremely unprofessional process. I would hate to think that is how other aspects are internally handled.
