Started with HR (phone interview) and continued with senior management both phone and in person. Very smooth and thorough process. InvitedHome strives to find the right people that are best fit not only for the job but for the company culture in general. This process may take a couple of week, all for good reason.

The hiring process at InvitedHome was an incredibly thorough and overall positive experience. I found the position on Indeed.com and applied through their website. In addition to submitting a resume, I also wrote a culture paper. I appreciated this detail because it helps to align the values of the company with potential employees. My interview process included a phone interview, a 1:1 with the Guest Experience Team Manager, writing samples, and a working interview. Throughout the entire hiring process, I was in communication with HR and the Guest Experience Manager. They were professional, conscientious, and transparent about the position, hiring timelines, and what to expect every step of the way.
