What I could get from the interview didn't speak quite well for the company. They obviously are very proud that COVID-19 doesn't affect them due to the nature of their business - working with state and government on collecting taxes, etc. Well, good for the company but this crisis will be over some day and then the rest of the market will continue growing while they would stay where they'd always been. Unfortunately, we we didn't dig into company strategic initiatives on the screening call.
I've been using their products before - poor UI, poor UX, heavy interfaces and generally "old school". Well, during the interview it all made sense. They don't have a Product team yet (duh?!) and are now beginning, or about to, move from waterfall to agile. Great ... just 15 year behind, my friends :)
Pay was way below (~30%) the market standard for the Boston area.
At the end of the day, there should be some good things out there, judging by the overall satisfaction of current and former employees. I couldn't get convinced into that though.

How would I feel as being the single contributor in this position?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso InvoiceCloud (Boston, MA) nel mese di apr 2020
Colloquio
Pretty well adapted for the quarantine. Very friendly interviewers. Good feedback. The process was a bit long for the Boston Area almost 6 weeks in total. Some delays in between due to staffing some high level positions. Overall the questions were fairly expected for a PM interview and were all appropriate. Plus a couple of fun personality questions in between. I read the other interview for the same job and I don't agree about the pay or the waterfall to agile conversion being sooooo far behind. I've Interviewed at dozens of places and over half including some reputable companies were asking about my experience converting teams to agile.
