The hiring process took about 4 months. I applied in November with a paper application. I went into a in person interview in December. During the interview I had a "computer test" I was asked to email clients about some change in this months schedule and I was required to make a flier advertising upcoming cooking classes. The interview itself lasted one hour with a panel of interviewers all asking questions about my background. The main questions where whether or not I could work with diverse low-income populations.
