My interview held at ion then in my group 8 people are there for group discussion but there is no one is selected not b.coz they don't have skills.

The hr not at all listening to the things what we are speaking she is simply rejecting the students. Not at all good simply it is waste of time my suggestion is not to attend the interview simply waste of time

Position: Technical Product Specialist
Interview Process at Ion Idea
The interview process consisted of multiple stages aimed at evaluating both technical and communication skills:
Communication Round:
This round focused on assessing verbal communication and fluency in English. I was asked to introduce myself, talk about my background, and explain my understanding of the role. They also tested basic articulation and confidence in speaking.
Written Test:
The written test included questions on logical reasoning, grammar, sentence correction, and basic comprehension. There were also a few questions to evaluate email etiquette and clarity in written communication.
Technical Round:
This round covered domain knowledge related to product support, technical troubleshooting, and understanding software/application behavior. I was asked scenario-based questions to check how I would handle client queries or technical issues.
Two Technical Client Rounds:
These rounds were conducted by the client company. They were more detailed and focused on real-time problem-solving, technical product understanding, communication with stakeholders, and client interaction scenarios. They also evaluated how well I could explain technical concepts in simple terms and handle pressure situations.
