It was quite rekated to ur intrested in politics. They asked question related to ur experience. If you previously worked with any political organization so it would be the plus point for you.

The interview was extremely simple and generic and was more about gauging my motives and passion. Here's the caveat, I-PAC is a disturbingly unprofessional organization with no respect for anybody. A number of employees I spoke with during my due diligence mentioned how they felt trapped in this pathetic company. Moreover, the HR has no values and doesnt value people at all - I received a mail a day after my interview with I-PAC's intent of onboarding me, while requesting some documents from me. After I sent the documents that they asked for (which included my letter of joining at my current firm as well as my last 3 month's bank account statement which they asked for to calculate my current salary), they called me up in a day again stating my CTC mentioned in my offer letter, which was 22 months old, instead of looking at my remittance information in my account statements. So then I sent them my current salary breakdown which I received during my appraisal, which I was kind of sure I-PAC wouldnt be able to match, but my entire reason for applying for I-PAC was so that I could make a difference and didnt care if I had to take a pay cut. However, its now been over 3 weeks and I havent received any communication from the HR. I sent a mail to them recently asking them for an update and they didnt reply, I tried calling them and the HR literally neglected my call. Thank god I didnt accept a pay cut to join this god forsaken firm, I would rather leave my comfortable well paying job at one of the biggest American banks for a social organization which even if cant pay me enough at least knows how to value and respect people's time.
