Online application, video interview, two behavioral phone interviews, one with the recruited and the other with the manager in the office that you are applying. The phone interviews were pretty straight forward, as was the video interview. The process in general is not a bad one and the people were pretty friendly.
The hr is professional, but I had 10 interviews from team to twam and got rejected eventually, And One of the teams I interviewed with was laid off in July

Basically gone through the CV. They also asked if you are ok with doing scouting and interviews instead of marketing research. They also reconfirmed about the fluency of English and Mandarin since the project required translating interviews from Mandarin to English context.
