I was contacted for an interview, I have passed their logical and mathematical test. But during the interview, they proposed another job for which they didn't have details. The interview stopped in the middle because my salary expectations were to high for them. I tried to convince them that I am open to negociate, it took me several minutes to convince HR person to establiah another interview. She agreed but then she come back saying that I am not a fit because I am overqualified (not!) And I ask too much.

Discussion with recruiter, followed by an online test and an interview with the team manager. During the last interview, I was constantly told that it's a very fast paced, competitive environment and that others have left due to not being able to keep up. I got the impression that employee well being wasn't exactly a priority.
