Phone then face to face. Got a call from HR to talk about myself and my goals. Had to fill out a long form about my skills and past experience. Also had to fill out all my contact and personal information.

Simple and easy, mainly focuses on regression, basic stats, and basics of coding language like python and sql. Not very technical in nature. Good to just learn multiple linear regression and excel skills just in case.
