I applied at the beginning of this month and just over a week later I received a high priority email asking me to provide my availability for a first stage interview which I did. The interview took place on 8th May and I felt it went ok as I explained my experience and how I felt it related to the role. At the end I was given the opportunity to ask questions which I did so, I could find a bit more about the company and the role. Following on from that I heard nothing for two week until today when I received an email informing me that my application would not be taken any further and was also provided feedback. One bit of the feedback took me by surprise which was I spoke really well which although was a compliment, the way I speak at interviews is always the same and professional and is how I always talk so i'm not sure why this was highlighted.
