A recruiter reached out to me, we had a morning teams call, and I described my career experience to present day. The recruiter was fine but did not keep me posted on the interview process like they told me they would - I had to reach out the the VPs who reached out to me and ask about next steps. The process seemed unorganized. By the second interview, the employee interviewer seemed very busy and preoccupied, almost frustrated. When explaining my experience, the interviewer seemed to not register anything I said that was not a buzz word. I think this is why I may not have been considered for the next round of interviews.
