First call with two director as a phase 1 then case study i presented for 15 minutes and interview via Skype followed by 1 hour discussion about my experience company structure and requirements. Interview was with one director and person from operations. They got back to me week after with an offer.

First chat with HR, second chat with manager/director. 2nd interview was a case study/task assessment type interview - asking report/deck was sent to me and I had to run through, explaining the results of a product test

Simple 1-1 interview. Applied through reference. But standard process was taken care of. Post the interview clearance the HR negotiates on the salary. This is the final round and if you fit in the salary bracket they select you.
