The interview process was relatively quick. I will mentioned that most analysts seem to be hired as referrals, but I applied online. I heard back within a few weeks (as they were compiling applicants to hire as a class). The first interview is with a recruiter who screens you on a number of behavioral interview questions, salary requirements, and some basic questions about your experience and education.
The second and last round of interviews is with a group of more senior employees specific to your business unit. The process began with a short assessment that tested my basic mathematical skills, logic, and writing skills. I then interviewed with four members on my business unit. This interview was about two weeks after the screening.
i heard back about two weeks later with an offer.

It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.

Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
