The interviewer was late for 7 minutes. I sent her email, asking if anybody will come after 5 minutes and in 2 minutes she joined. No proper greetings or apologies for being late. She started with "I don't see you". She then asked couple of questions, very general. There was no structure as usual, I couldn't understand even what was the meeting is about. The whole thing was incoherent. She also paused a lot in the middle of her speaking, it was awkward for me, since I had the pressure to say something, but there was not question from her. As I understand she's a tech sourcer. They also ask for a test assessment prior to the interview, so be aware of that.
