Quick to apply (can't remember if there was a cover letter, but I think just a resume). I didn't hear anything for months and had even forgotten I'd applied when I got an email inviting me to interview. The interview timing got shifted around and the interviewer apparently hadn't read their notes and thought I was someone else. I got offered a take-home case study at the end in a weirdly informal way - and only half the case study. Then I had no response after I submitted it; when I inquired a couple of weeks later I got rejected via voice note.
