Pay is low considering they are offering the same amount or less than remote roles out there. there is nothing enticing me to go from a remote role to full time in person for the same or less money! multiple steps 3-4 calls then assignment then another 3-4 in person meetings. but ghosted after call with recruiter. they expect you in office 5 days a week
