Colloquio
I had my interview in Late August of 2013. I went to the hiring fair that was hosted at the Island hotel in Newport Beach. At the hiring fair, the process took bout 2.5 hours and I was a walk-in interview. I had a preliminary interview, did well, and that same day had my 2nd interview. I waited patiently for about 2 day where I heard back from the company and was set up for my last interview with the Director of Sales manager Kerri Zarzana. She was great- very warm and friendly. The interview went very well and I felt pretty confident that I landed the job.

I suppose the most difficult question would have been what would I do in the case of an irate customer. I reason I say its difficult is because it isnt like your dealing with a guest at a restaurant and can comp a meal or just remake the food, your dealing with a place that somebody lives or potential will live, so the pressure to make the customer happy is alot higher.
Very generic and almost just going off a script. You usually start with a screen call with a recruiter and then if you do well, you’ll interview at the community you applied for.

First and only interview was less than 10 minutes. Interviewed directly with the hiring manager and was only asked 2-3 simple questions about my precious experience, and a situational question such as “how would you deal with an upset resident”. Overall very simple. They either knew the type of person they wanted to represent their company, or they’re just easy going and don’t require too much from a person in terms of interview questions. Some companies are crazy anal about small little details of how the dialogue went.
