Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Irvine Company (Irvine, CA) nel mese di apr 2014
Colloquio
I applied online through the company for the position. I recieved an e-mail a couple days later telling me to come in for an initial interview. It was a big group environment so not everyone showing up was for the same position or department. I interviewed with one person. We mostly talked about my past experience in the field. They asked what the most important aspects are of sales and customer service.
I few days after that interview I was contacted to come to corporate for a second interview with 2 of the sales managers. They asked a lot of the same questions from the first interview but there was sales role playing involved. I got a call that afternoon that they were offering me the position.

Domanda 1
What are the 2 most important aspects in sales? What are the 2 most important aspects of customer service? How would your current employer describe you (something to that effect)?
Very generic and almost just going off a script. You usually start with a screen call with a recruiter and then if you do well, you’ll interview at the community you applied for.

Colloquio
First and only interview was less than 10 minutes. Interviewed directly with the hiring manager and was only asked 2-3 simple questions about my precious experience, and a situational question such as “how would you deal with an upset resident”. Overall very simple. They either knew the type of person they wanted to represent their company, or they’re just easy going and don’t require too much from a person in terms of interview questions. Some companies are crazy anal about small little details of how the dialogue went.
