HR reached out proposing a job title and salary range. In the middle of Covid, they requested in-person interviews. Also had Excel tests and writing assessments - nothing wrong with that, just a very lengthy process. No updates for a month after interviewing. Finally came back with an offer that’s 40K below what HR initially proposed.
