Can you describe a challenging situation you had and how you managed it?
The recruiter reached out to conduct the usual phone screen before forwarding my resume through to the managers at the office location I was applying at. Both rounds of interviews were about an hour long and mostly conversational and geared towards getting to know how your experience aligns with the associate position. Personality and appearance seems to play a role in the application process.

You will have about 3 different interviews, pretty similar. First is with HR to get an understanding of your background, second is with the direct manager, and third is with a higher manager or director. Get a sense of how you can fit into property management and admin tasks.
