It was overall a very positive experience even though I did not get the offer. I had an initial phone interview with the HR manager, then an on-site interview with the HR Manager and the General Manager. After I was asked to complete a professional personality assessment on the Tony Robbins website. The HR Manager was very pleasent to work with and kept me informed and actually was helpful in giving me the reason I wasn't hire (specialized experience for what they need).
