8am-3pm plus lunch interview with CxO, and team. Technical and what-if questions around how to navigate FDA regulations by management. Leadership, goal setting, change management, and communication by department staff. Nice manufacturing staff. Communication after the interview process could have been better. C-Level/VP leadership seems to be working remotely.
