Colloquio
First Stage: Informal chat about my experience and approach to UX, what the department was looking for, where they are now and where they wish to go. Also the opportunity to meet some of the team.
Second Stage: Presentation by me about UX approach. The brief was diliberately very vague and I found it quite good fun.
Not too stressful and I found them very honest and open.
